Frequently Asked Questions

Updated: Jan 22, 2024

What type of pricing does NCC use?

We work based on the client's needs, but there are 4 types of possible contracts:

  1. Fixed budget (usually for development)

  2. Retainer (usually for marketing activities)

  3. Commission or involvement (Exceptional for start-ups)

  4. Maintenance (servers, databases, etc)

Each client is unique, and we tailor our pricing to the budgets of said responsibilities.

Everything is quoted and invoiced to be at least 50% paid. We use Ayden/Stripe/PayPal for processing and also accept wire transfers.

Price varies based on the tasks involved, for example a designer is not paid the same as a developer or analyst. You can contact us for a precise quote on your project. First offer from 290 euros / month (Tax not included) for small businesses.

What is it exactly that NCC does?

We like to see our work as a cycle of endless improvements based on data and feedback. Our passion for the latest technologies & design practices, gives you a competitive edge. We work like ghosts in your tracks, that will haunt and crunch every little detail that you might have missed on.

Connecting you to the right professionals with extensive career experience for affordable prices, while also supervising their work. This process makes our work durable and qualitative, which is exactly what we are looking to offer when working with our partners.

Guaranteed results ?

Nothing is ever 100% but in some cases where businesses are not just starting out, we can guarantee a gain in productivity through technology and sales results based on our knowledge and process. Sharing knowledge, inevitably enhances it.

We like to undersell and overdeliver. Starting small and scaling accordingly to positive results.

Why is analysis essential ?

Anyone can have an idea, what is complicated is to fully demonstrate and analyse the factors at play. This step allows us to fully grasp expectations and also ideate / prioritize the next steps. Finding people to kill the tasks is not often a problem, but having a perfectionist's mindset is crucial to oversee all the outcomes.

The second reason why our analysis is so important is that we need to understand the target audience, our clients often do a great job at presenting their products or services but fail to understand who their potential customers actually are. When you step in front of dozens of statistics, do you automatically find disparities, positive/negative indicators that can result in actionable change?
