Based on a comprehensive view of content creation, we can aim to create a lot of relevant pieces but using technology to enhance our productivity.
Essentially, to break it down in a more simplistic approach we have:
Research (Keywords > Sources) At the outset, we dive deep into keywords and sources, diligently gathering the raw materials—the very essence of our content. This stage involves prioritizing, assessing source credibility, extracting key insights, and more.
Planning (Structure > Subtopics) Our content strategy is marked by meticulous planning. We meticulously structure our content, identifying subtopics that will shape the narrative and define our core messaging. In cases where the nature of content allows, we even craft content silos to enhance organization.
Writing (Drafts > Consistency) With a robust plan firmly in place, we dive into the writing phase. Here, we craft drafts with an unwavering commitment to maintaining consistency throughout our content. Our goal is to generate content prolifically, paving the way for the next step.
Filter (Clarity > Tone) Clarity and tone serve as our guiding lights during the filtering stage. We meticulously ensure that our content is crystal clear and resonates with our intended audience. The selection of content is based on its relevance and alignment with our overarching business goals.
Research (Perspectives > Latest advancements > Expand on main points) Our research isn't a one-time endeavour. We revisit it from different angles, exploring various perspectives and seamlessly integrating the latest advancements into our work, thereby enriching our main points.
Visuals / UX (Interactivity) Recognizing the paramount importance of enhancing the user experience, we integrate visuals and interactive elements to keep our audience engaged and well-informed. Readability is paramount in this regard.
Commercial goals (Align > Identify > Ensure) Ensuring alignment with our commercial objectives is paramount. We proactively identify opportunities to ensure that our content effectively serves our business goals. This includes delving into SEO technicalities and more.
Gather feedback (Polls > Comments) We actively seek input through polls and comments, valuing the insights they provide. This feedback loop is instrumental in refining and continuously improving our content.
Hypothesize (Loop) We perpetually search for new ideas and topics to delve into. This perpetual cycle of hypothesis and innovation keeps our content perpetually fresh and perpetually relevant.
